1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services & Quotations
World Note provides web development, app development, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and software solutions. Prices and project scopes shown on this website (including our pricing page) are indicative starting points. A final quotation, timeline, and scope are agreed in writing between World Note and the client before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Project Agreements
When you engage World Note for services, a separate project agreement will be provided outlining the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for your project. This agreement will supersede these general terms to the extent of any conflict. Both parties must sign the project agreement before work commences. Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of World Note unless otherwise credited. Client work delivered under project agreements is governed by the specific terms of that agreement. Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and rights to the deliverables as specified in their project agreement. World Note retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Terms
Typical engagements require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be agreed. Hosting and domain costs are not included in listed prices unless explicitly stated. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to suspend work on your project if payments are not received on time.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content (text, images, logos), and access to necessary accounts or systems required for project completion. Delays in client feedback or content delivery may impact the project timeline. World Note is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or incomplete information.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical details, trade secrets, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
World Note strives for accuracy and reliability but provides this website and its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Note is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from our services. Website uptime, search engine rankings, and business performance depend on many factors beyond our control. We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in your project agreement.
10. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party websites (such as client projects and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement or refund policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
